This evening at approximately 16:30, members of the Frederick County Division of Fire Rescue Services responded to a reported motorcycle accident in the 12,900 block of Stottlemyer RD in Wolfsville. While providing emergency medical care to the injured motorcyclist, 3 first responders were then struck by another motorcycle. All of us at company #11 extend our thoughts and prayers to those first responders and their families, with hopes for a speedy recovery. We urge all motorists to please slow down and move over whenever you approach an accident scene to prevent this type of accident from happening again.
