The Walkersville Grand Social Hall

Thank you for inquiring about our amazing Grand Social Hall. If you are interested, I would be more than happy to give you a tour of the hall and all its options. We are more like a Grand Hotel Ballroom than an ordinary social hall.  You will get that feel as soon as you walk through the glass entranceway.  The hall is a versatile venue that can easily be transformed into the perfect setting for any event. With its striking large crystal chandeliers, classic crystal wall sconces, and other refined touches, the Walkersville Social Hall is elegant.   

We do have available a small office room that has been used for guests to change into different outfits throughout the evening.  This is great for Quinceanera's and weddings! 

The hall is 7, 000 square feet and can hold anywhere from 400-450 people depending on how many tables you have and the size of the dance floor. Most events are between 125-300 guests. It is a generous size to hold most any type of event.  We have round tables and rectangular tables with padded chairs.  There is no extra fee for using any of those.  The parking lot is paved and handicapped accessible.  

You are welcome to use our fully sized commercial kitchen, but not for full cooking , however you are welcome to warm things up in all the ovens or warming steam tables. We have a full-size walk-in refrigerator and a huge ice machine that you are welcome to use.   You will have access to the stage and our PA system.  

The rental hours available for the hall are between 7 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. This will give you an hour to clean up.  The doors will lock at 11:00 pm.  The rental areas included in the rental agreement are the Social Hall, kitchen (use of refrigerator, oven for warming only, steam table, Stage area, restrooms, foyer, coat room, small office and parking lot. You are welcome to wheel your cart of food and supplies right into the large walk-in refrigerator and use the ice in the ice machine. We do not supply a freezer. 

The Grand Hall is perfect for parties, award ceremonies, banquets, Galas and so much more.
